CIL has developed 6 advanced certificates for anyone who sees Baking and Pastry through an artist’s lens, offering a comprehensive 10 weeks curriculum in Advanced Artistic Skills Of Pastry Décor -an unparalleled, hands-on experience in small classes led by knowledgeable chefs. Whether you are a home baker with aspirations of starting your own business or a pastry chef who wants to expand your range, this training is made for you.
Hands-on seminars are available for purchase, combined or separately. Choose a class time that makes sense for your schedule!
Choose from two shifts:
Morning (7:45am-12:30pm)
Afternoon (12:30pm-5:15pm)
A Lenotre chef coat and tool kit will be loaned to you for the duration of your class. Recipe binder included. After purchase, an email will be sent with further instructions. Full refunds if canceled two weeks in advance.
