Biomedical Communications (BMC) at the University of Toronto is Canada’s only accredited professional program producing highly skilled Master of Science students with expertise in the visual communication of scientific, medical, and health topics. These highly qualified and science-literate communicators research and produce illustrations, information visualizations, animations, simulations, user experiences, and mobile applications, all targeting specific audiences and communication challenges.
Every summer, the BMC program at the University of Toronto hosts this event for our graduating class to display their work in an interactive virtual on-line space in a casual, open-house format to representatives from related fields in industry or academia. The students will be present to discuss their visualization projects, their research, themselves, and their future plans.
We will be hosting this virtual event using the online app Gather Town. If you want to fill a space at your firm, this is the best opportunity to meet many potential candidates and find highly qualified individuals with the suite of skills you need. If you are not hiring right away, this Showcase event is still a great opportunity to network and learn what BMC graduates can do.
There is no fee to attend the event. Just register and show up!
