BEFORE REGISTERING, PLEASE READ!
There is only one party available for each time slot. If you see that a party has been booked for the time/date that you would like, but one remains open (ex. the gold party is sold out, but you see a platinum party available for that time), the time slot is no longer available. Please choose another date and time for your party. We try to delete the extra time slot as soon as possible, but sometimes we aren't quick enough! We will not be able to accommodate two parties at the same time.
Please note that you can expect to receive a confirmation email from one of our Community Programming staff the week that you book your party. This email will confirm the details of your party, as well as provide you with any additional information you may need.
Celebrate your birthday with some real party animals! Parties for children ages 5 to 12 years.
Parties can be booked for the following days and times:
Doors open no earlier than 10 minutes before the start of the party
Parent Information:
1. At least one Parent or guardian must attend the entire party. Our parties cannot exceed 4 adults, as we go have a person limit in our party room.
2. 10 children (including birthday child) are included in each party package. We can host up to 15 children, with an additional fee of $20 per extra child. Be cautious if inviting more than 15 children, as we cannot accommodate. The additional fee is not added to your ticket price. It will need to be paid separately on the day of your party.
3. Food brought in to the party must be served by parents or guardians. If you've book the Gold Party (no food included), parents/guardians must also bring their own plates, napkins, cutlery, etc. At this time, we are not allowing for blowing of candles on cakes. Alternative options, like fanning out the candles, or blowing out the child's individual piece, are available!
4. The host(ess) is not responsible for the behaviour of the children. We ask that you assist when dealing with behaviour issues.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made if requested in writing by email and will be refunded in accordance with the schedule below. The Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society reserves the right to grant exceptions to the stated policy in extreme situations.
No Refunds for Partial Attendance or Illness:
We do not give refunds when someone chooses to leave a program part way through, for any reason. All of our expenses are incurred before the start of the program, including materials and staffing.
Weather Conditions:
Birthday Parties will take place in all weather conditions - should a party need to be cancelled due to extreme weather (winter storm where safety is compromised), parents will be notified the morning of the program and offered a refund or offered to reschedule.
Refund Guidelines:
15 days notice or more for refund – 10% program fee deducted,
14 days to 3 day notice or less for refund - 50%
3 days notice or less - No refund
Once program has begun - No refund
