Mothy Breakfast

What do Angle Shades, Flame Carpet and Red Underwing have in common? They're all species of moth that we hope to be able to see on Saturday 20th! Join moth expert Kat Dahl to discover these and some of the other amazing moths that fly around the Steyning Downland Scheme during the night.

Meet at the SDS Gateway, off Mouse lane, where we will open up the contents of a moth trap, set the night before. Hot drinks and buttered croissants will be on hand to help us wake up! Please be with us at 8am sharp - we don't want to leave the moths in the trap too long.

No walking involved, so this is an ideal event for children and people who find it difficult to access the downland.
