This is also the first in person event and also a great opportunity to network face to face among all the AAGEF Ontario alumni, Exchange and Friends

Christian Frayssignes is the General Manager and founder of Dymon Wine Cellar (DWC) , part of the Dymon Group . He is also the Honorary President of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Canada . Prior to that  he had a successful international career in the pharmaceutical industry in France , England and Canada.

He retired to live his passion for wine in building wine cellars, and will be pleased to talk about the wine storage business and how the Dymon Wine Cellar came into life in the past 4 years. He can talk about how to preserve  wines and proper cellaring, wine as an investment, tips for tasting wines, how DWC operates and the benefits for its members, …..any thing wine related you want to hear!!! 😊
