Winter Break Teen Class: Cast of Characters

Time: 1:00pm – 3:00pm 
Ages: For kids ages 12 to 18. 
Cost: $35 per teen  ($30 for CAM Members, sign up and save!)*

The Cartoon Art Museum presents a workshop to challenge your teen artists to move up to the next level. This workshop features a series of creative challenges with focus on form, acting, experimentation and using reference. The workshop is open to all teens with basic drawing/cartooning skills and materials are provided. Artists are invited to bring their sketchbook or samples of their work to get feedback on.

Our Winter Break Teen classes meet from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center in SOMA at 275 5th Street (on 5th Street near Folsom). 

The attendance fee for each student of any age is $35 for non-members and $30 for members and is collected through your online reservation payment. The attendance fee covers the cost of art supplies and staff.

These classes are recommended for students from 12-18 years old. 

Reservations must be made by 5pm on the Thursday before the date of the class.  If you have made a reservation and you will not make it to the class, please call to cancel as soon as possible. (See cancellation policy below.) Drop ins are no longer possible with security at our new educational facility.

Please arrive at 12:30-12:50 am to sign in your teen(s) if under 18. All children must be signed in and signed out with a guardian for each class session that they attend. Due to building security at our new educational space no one will be able to be admitted into the class after 12:50pm.

Cancellation: All participants must be pre-paid prior to the day of the class. Full refunds given for cancellation notices received by Wednesday, December 23rd, 2015. No refunds given for notice after December 23rd, including on the day of the class.
