The Grape and the Milk: When Wine Meets Cheese

Ambiance Vins is proud to launch Wine and Cheese, a new series of wine and cheese pairings  in downtown Toronto with Chabichou Fine Foods, twice a month, starting on Wednesday April 9, 2014.

Discover the amazing Wine and Cheese Worlds through an interactive presentation and a tasting with your hosts, two French passionate fellows, Certified Sommelier Igal Amsallem and Maître Fromager, Charles Bougouin. Learn the secrets of the best wine and cheese pairings.

Each session will feature two different wine and cheese regions with a selection of 5 wines paired with an individual platter of 4 regional cheeses and charcuteries.

Tasting themes will turn around the regions of France, Italy and Spain.
