Our fourth Speed River Community Brunch of the new year has the theme of Springing Into Spring.
Headlining our speakers is Madeline Yungblut will fill us in our her recent experience as the top Canadian at the World Junior Cross Country Championships in Poland.
Local triathlon coach and Exercise Hydration and Nutrition Consultant Mark Linseman will bring us his perespective on kicking off your spring and summer triathlon season.
We also have Stephanie Wilson on hand, Stephanie has recently completed a redesign of the Guelph Cross Country course and will provide an overview of her design.
Our final speaker of the day will be a surprise speaker as we will officially announce our new Associate Coach for the Speed/Power events.
The Speed River Community Brunch will be held Sunday April 21st at The Cutten Club starting at 10:30 am. Cost for the brunch is $15 which can be paid at the door. Registration deadline of Sunday April 14th.
