Karen Luk, professional illustrator and comic artist, will reveal the secrets behind manga faces, body language and basic character design. Basic drawing skills are helpful, but not required.
Come & level up your manga drawing skills!
Beginner:
8-12 year olds
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
For beginners & curious students, bring your questions & imagination!
Advanced:
13-18 year olds
2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
For more dedicated students, bring in your drawings for review! Karen will provide critique in the workshop.
About the Instructor:
Karen Luk is professional illustrator and comic artist inspired by manga. Since 2003, she has self-published comics online and in print. Her artwork is available online at: www.karenluk.net.
